The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings. These definitions apply throughout the entire terms and conditions:

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Two people living in the same household may hold separate accounts, but both must notify bdt games of this.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the bdt games support team immediately. bdt games will not be liable for any loss arising from negligence in keeping your account secure.

2.4 Identity Verification

bdt games may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until this verification process is complete. If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the bdt games service:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user is registering voluntarily and knowingly — not under pressure or deception by any third party.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• There may be a requirement to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited — the account must be registered in the member's own name.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, bdt games may hold withdrawals for as long as necessary for investigation.
• If evidence of fraudulent transactions is found, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdt games offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, the balance becomes ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Terms for Other Bonuses

Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, validity period and game restrictions. The weekly bdt games Reload Festival offers a 25% bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000 with a wagering requirement of 18 times. The bdt games Slot Fun Bonus offers a 50% bonus up to a maximum of ৳8,000 with a wagering requirement of 20 times. 5.3 General Bonus Rules

• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• bdt games reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer — however, the original terms will continue to apply to bonuses already claimed.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on bdt games are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which should be understood before starting the game. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets may be placed up until the start of each event, unless live betting is available in a specific market. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, bdt games will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with its established rules.

6.3 Irregular Betting

• Placing bets using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit erroneous odds or game errors will result in the cancellation of the relevant winnings.
• Any attempt to influence results through match fixing or any other dishonest method will result in the permanent closure of the account.

7.1 Self-Limitation Features

Any member can set their own deposit limit, session time or bet amount. Once set, these limits take effect immediately. A request to increase a limit does not take effect immediately — it will only become active after a specified waiting period has passed.

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative effect on their life, they can request a temporary or permanent account closure. This request can be made through the support team and bdt games will action it promptly.
